Do zespołu finansowego NWIC poszukujemy osoby, która obejmie obszar Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) i będzie bezpośrednio wspierać CFO w analizie wyników finansowych, planowaniu oraz raportowaniu zarządczym.
Nie szukamy osoby, której rolą będzie wyłącznie przygotowywanie kolejnych arkuszy i raportów.
Szukamy osoby, która rozumie biznes stojący za liczbami , potrafi zauważyć problem lub trend, znaleźć jego przyczynę i przedstawić CFO konkretne wnioski.
Docelowo osoba na tym stanowisku powinna stać się finansowym partnerem dla CFO i managementu oraz współtworzyć funkcję FP&A w rozwijającej się, międzynarodowej Grupie.
