Job Description We are looking for Fullstack Developer to work on mature enterprise financial management platform, as it evolves towards a modern, cloud-native architecture. The role combines hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, driving architecture, front-end standards, and AI-assisted development practices. Responsibilities Design and evolve application architecture, supporting the modernization of a large-scale enterprise platform. Lead development using Java, React, and TypeScript, promoting engineering best practices and reusable solutions. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) and contribute to AI-enabled engineering capabilities. Mentor engineers, review technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product's technical direction. Requirements Strong commercial experience with Java (Java/Jakarta EE). Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript. Experience designing software architecture for enterprise applications. Knowledge of Azure, Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices. Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot). Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and scalable application development. Nice to have Kubernetes. Experience modernizing monolithic applications into cloud-native architectures. Experience with ERP, financial, or other enterprise business applications. Knowledge of C/C++. Experience with AI integrations, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or developer platforms. Experience mentoring senior engineers and working in distributed international teams.
