Your responsibilities, Developing robust applications using your Salesforce toolbox, including Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD, Managing and mitigate technical debt, Full ownership of the build solutions from build to operations, Staying updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features and industry best practices and apply and guide the teams, Playing a key role in designing and establishing coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for development, Working with agentic engineering tools as a natural part of the development process, and helping us evolve how we use them

Preferably with a technical education background, 2-3 years of experience in development (building components), Preferably knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs, Organizational and planning skills, Curious on technology and self-driven on learning, Curiosity about how AI and agentic tooling can improve both the way we build and what we build - hands-on experience is a plus, an open mind is a must, Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding
