We are looking for a full stack engineer who wants to develop and evolve systems powering product and assortment management within a large retail ecosystem . You will contribute to building scalable backend services and frontend applications , working in an event-driven environment . You will collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and architects to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions across the full stack.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain backend services , APIs , and integrations using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot .

- Translate business and product requirements into scalable and maintainable full stack solutions .
- Contribute to event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing using Kafka .
- Support integration of systems within AWS cloud and containerized environments .
- Work with PostgreSQL and design reliable data models.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams and contribute to code quality, testing, and system reliability .

- Completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in full stack development using Java/Kotlin and https://jobeax.com/link/tzGekrj9a8ToGEDv .
- Good understanding of REST APIs , microservices , and frontend-backend integration .
- Hands-on experience or exposure to Kafka or similar messaging systems.
- Experience working with PostgreSQ L or similar databases.
- Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD , and containerization.
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish , with readiness to work in a hybrid model in Katowice .
