About the project, We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications using .NET and React technologies. Your responsibilities, Implement solutions following established design patterns and engineering best practices., Analyze business and technical requirements and propose effective improvements., Lead UI/UX enhancements to improve usability and application stability., Engage in DevOps automation and drive improvements in CI/CD lifecycle., Manage changes according to service management lifecycle principles., Participate in software architecture design and contribute to prototype development., Deliver exceptional customer support by troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently., Collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders., Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

7+ years of professional experience in production application development within the .NET ecosystem., Strong C# and Web API development expertise; knowledge of secure and scalable backend services., Hands-on experience with React for building interactive and high-performance web interfaces., Strong database design and SQL skills, particularly with SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, performance tuning)., Experience in DevOps, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring practices., Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) – from requirements gathering to production deployment and maintenance., Analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for code quality and performance., Fluent English (spoken and written) required; Polish language proficiency is an advantage.
