Hi, Polcode here!

We’re a global technology partner that values collaboration, ownership, and a practical approach to building software. Our team of almost 100 professionals helps build and improve digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, apps, and everything in between. And they’re good at it.

We're currently looking for a Go Backend Developer to join an upcoming software development project for our international client, focused on the Scandinavian market. This opportunity is primarily focused on backend engineering, cloud environments, and modern development practices, with Go at the core of the technology stack. The exact implementation scope is still being discussed, but we're currently expecting an engagement of approximately at least 3-6 months, depending on the final project requirements. You'll be working directly with the client's team, so we're looking for someone who feels comfortable taking ownership of technical tasks, working independently, and communicating confidently in English . We're open to different seniority levels - what matters most is your hands-on experience, technical independence, and ability to contribute effectively from the start.

Why this project is worth your attention:

Opportunity to join new projects from the early stages
Modern technology stack combining Go, frontend frameworks, and cloud platforms
Initial engagements planned for a minimum of 3 months
Multiple upcoming projects with potential for continued cooperation
International environment and collaboration with experienced teams
Exposure to modern software architecture and cloud-native development
Flexible, remote-first work model.

Perks of being a #Polcoder:

Optional Multisport card, private medical care, life insurance, and meaningful gifts to celebrate important days
All the necessary equipment for comfortable work
Professional onboarding process
We respect your private life - no overtime, no weekend jobs, work-life balance only, promise!
Work at times that suit your daily rhythm, from the place of your choice
Your work is appreciated - we believe in the power of feedback, as well as the one you give us
