Group Financial Controller

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly and annual group financial reporting.
• Ensure financial statements and internal management reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Maintain and further develop strong financial controls, governance standards, and accounting policies across the group, based on IFRS.
• Setup controlling standards for WIP/POC.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate audit preparation and act as a key contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, operational performance, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Act as a finance business partner to management, explaining financial performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions clearly.

Our requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance, accounting or controlling experience, from an international manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of group reporting, consolidation principles, financial controls, and accounting requirements.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• High attention to the details, strong ownership, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, countries, and organizational levels.
• Combines technical accounting expertise with a practical, business-oriented approach.
• Communicates clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrates ownership, structure, and reliability in delivering high-quality results.
• Challenges existing processes constructively and drive continuous improvement.
