Position: Head of Operations, EMEA Location: Warsaw, Poland Working mode: Hybrid – 4 days/week from the office About our Client Our Client is a rapidly growing US-based AI company developing an enterprise platform that enables organizations to safely build, deploy, and manage AI agents at scale. With headquarters in New York and a growing European hub in Warsaw, the company is expanding its operational capabilities to support further international growth. About the role We are looking for a Head of Operations, EMEA to build and optimize operational processes supporting our Client’s rapidly growing Warsaw hub. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving the way organizations operate, and driving execution across multiple teams. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while introducing scalable processes and AI-driven automation. The role is similar to a Chief of Staff rather than a traditional Office Manager or COO position.
