For one of our clients, an international company based in Krakow, we are looking for an HR administrator with English .
Responisbilities:
SAP employee data management
Collaboration with international management
Help for employees with questions on policies, practices, and roles as well as benefits, payroll, unemployment, and leave requests.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a similar position in the HR/Customer Service department
University degree
very good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
Understanding of payroll terms, procedures, and experience with process documentation
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work for US time zone (permanent afternoon shift 14-22 / 15-23)
