HR Operations Intern (Dutch Speaker)

Your responsibilities
Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday
Support employee lifecycle activities, including employee data maintenance and onboarding-related processes
Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees
Support basic payroll-related activities and administrative processes
Update and maintain internal HR procedures and documentation
Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data in HR systems
Our requirements
Active student status
Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Good organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
