IAM Integration Engineer (One Identity) w Katowice, Polska

• Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Administration , or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of One Identity or of one or more relevant target systems: SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF .
• Technical analysis of integrations and connection scenarios, including the ability to assess what is required for implementation.
• Requirements writing capability , with the ability to document technical requirements clearly and usefully.
• Ability to define mappings , interface logic , and connection design as part of the integration analysis effort.
• IAM / IGA integration experience , ideally in environments where enterprise-grade system connections must be specified in practical detail.
• Fluent English and Polish skills .
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week ).
• Nice to have: Experience in insurance sector or similar area with strong regulations.
