Gather, validate, and manage technical and business requirements for IAM solutions across multiple environments (cloud and on-premises)
Define and document process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for identity governance, access provisioning, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with infrastructure, security engineers, and solution architects to ensure designs meet business and security objectives
Support Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows, provisioning and reconciliation processes (event-driven, near-real-time, batch)
Perform gap analysis and process optimization to reduce inefficiencies and improve user experience
Maintain traceable requirements in alignment with Agile delivery practices (Scrum or Kanban) and CI/CD controls
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to communicate analysis findings and drive decision-making
Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal IAM governance requirements
Build clear documentation, including BRDs, process maps, use cases, and operational readiness materials

Our requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within IAM programmes
In-depth knowledge of identity lifecycle workflows, provisioning patterns, and governance models
Familiarity with IAM standards and tools: AD/Azure AD, LDAP, SCIM, SAML, OIDC basics
Strong requirements elicitation and process mapping skills in technical environments
Solid understanding of identity domain concepts: authentication vs. authorisation, entitlements, role-based access control, SoD, and access reviews
Experience working closely with IT developers, engineers, and operations teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into actionable solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical processes for stakeholders
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in leading cross-functional workshops
Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Confluence

Prior experience in financial services or regulated industries
Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps principles, and regulated CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of audit and compliance requirements for access control and identity governance evidence
Experience with Rational Team Concert or similar collaborative tools
