IT AML System Developer (Junior) w Warszawa, Polska

Your responsibilities, Develop, modify, and maintain AML system functionalities using Java and SQL, Support configuration and enhancement of Oracle OFSAA-based AML systems, Analyze business and system requirements and implement required technical changes, Participate in the implementation of new AML and regulatory reporting requirements, Develop and support interfaces between AML systems, Core Banking systems, Data Warehouse, and other internal or external systems, Develop and modify SQL queries for data processing, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting, Support batch processing, data interfaces, APIs, and system integration activities, Participate in system improvements, automation, and performance optimization, Maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and operational procedures, Work closely with Compliance and other business teams to understand AML-related system requirements, Collaborate with internal IT teams and external technology partners on system development, enhancements, and technical issues

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, 1–5 years of relevant experience in software development, application development, system integration, or a related IT area, Hands-on experience in Java development, SQL development and relational databases, preferably Oracle Database, Basic understanding of enterprise application architecture, system interfaces, APIs, and batch processing, Basic knowledge of AML processes such as transaction monitoring, screening, customer risk scoring, or regulatory reporting, Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application, data, interface, and batch-processing issues, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Fluency in English for daily work in a multinational environment

Optional, Experience with Oracle OFSAA, particularly AML-related modules, Experience in developing or supporting AML, Compliance, Risk, or other banking systems, Experience with system integration, Oracle Database, APIs, batch processing, or data interfaces, Experience working with external IT vendors or international IT teams, Korean language skills are an advantage, as the role involves regular collaboration with Korean IT teams and technology partners
