3+ years of experience in IT projects within the banking or financial sector.
Knowledge of requirements gathering and functional/non-functional specification techniques.
Practical experience with business process analysis, functional requirements, data models, and system integrations.
Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
English at minimum B2 level , written and spoken.
Nice to Have
Experience with payment settlement systems such as Elixir, Express Elixir, Sorbet, SEPA, or TARGET.
Knowledge of system architecture and integration patterns, including EIP, Event-Driven Architecture, microservices, and REST.
Knowledge of techniques such as Event Storming, Domain Storytelling, User Story Mapping, or Example Mapping.
Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) at a strategic level and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Experience with Git.
Knowledge of Diagram as Code or Model as Code approaches.
Understanding of test strategy and test automation.
Ability to read and understand code at a basic level.
Experience using AI tools to improve and optimize daily work.
