Experience in application support, service management, or a similar role.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Fluent English communication skills.
