About our team
Meet the End User Engineering and Operations team. Our role is to deliver World Class End User Experience throughout AI capabilities and enabling advanced chatbot agentic AI.
Main responsibilities in this role:
* Building AI solutions (including Agentic & Generative AI) benefiting end user journey
* Forging partnership with stakeholders across Nordea to drive strategic technology initiatives and contribute to the future of AI
* Improving IT operational performance, transparency and data-driven decision-making by analysing & modelling data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations
* Designing and running functional and non-functional tests on AI solutions
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation to run all activities aligned with IT Policies and other requirements
Our requirements
This is the right role for you if you:
* Have hands on experience in building conversational AI Agents that can provision knowledge towards end-users (evidence required), feel confident in predicting end user behaviors, manage stakeholders and their expectations.
Your background and skills include:
* Experience building or contributing to AI-enabled solutions, for example using Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms (evidence required)
* Setting up flows, skills and queues for conversational AI/ chatbot agent (evidence required)
* Experience with ITSM/JIRA or other issue tracking systems
* Experience designing analytical products, dashboards, reports, and decision support solutions
* Excellent written and spoken English skills, at minimum C1 level
* A Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* Alternatively at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
It would be ideal if you also had:
* Experience with BMC Helix
