The organisation operates in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry and is based in Warszawa.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage global infrastructure and cloud services, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.
- Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, network, security, and end-user infrastructure services across multiple locations.
- Manage internal teams and external vendors, driving service performance, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define roadmaps, implement new technologies, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
- Lead infrastructure and cloud-related projects, migrations, upgrades, and service enhancements.
Our requirements
- Several years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or IT Operations management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, and infrastructure services.
- Experience managing technical teams, vendors, and service providers in an international environment.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL), SLA management, and operational governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Fluent English and ability to work with global teams.
