IT Procurement Specialist with German

Key responsibilities

Procurement & Tendering

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT Services and IT Hardware
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with national and international suppliers
Coordinate purchasing activities from demand identification through purchase order placement and invoice approval
Support contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements and service contracts
Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders across international offices
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance management processes
Support for tender procedures and supplier selection
Price and terms negotiations
Preparing and coordinating contract documentation with departments and lawyers
Procurement and supplier communication management

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
Understanding of procurement and purchasing processes
Analytical and organizational skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach to work
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Fluency in English and German – you will work in an international environment.
Several years of professional experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or a comparable role
