About the project, As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in keeping our IT environment running smoothly by providing advanced technical support, maintaining core tools and systems, and ensuring reliable infrastructure for both engineering and business teams. Your responsibilities, Provide tier 2/3 IT support to engineering and admin staff, Maintain and configure development process support tools like Atlassian stack, Git, and SVN, Deal with licensing process, including extensions and negotiations with vendors and purchasing, Maintain and support Windows/Linux Server-based service environments, including hypervisor infrastructure, Manage backups

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field, Min. 5 years of experience in an IT support role, Min. 2 years of experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud Apps or other vendor software/hardware development tools stacks, cloud-based applications, Min. 2 years of experience in dealing with licensing process, including extensions and negotiations with vendors, Experience supporting Windows/Linux Server environments, Experience supporting Windows OS and desktop applications, Good understanding of TCP/IP networking with practical experience, Ability to work with policies and procedures of an IT department, Good troubleshooting skills, ability to efficiently investigate the nature of a problem, Good spoken & written English
