IT Support Engineer w Skierniewice, Polska

Your responsibilities, Provide on-site Level 2 and Level 3 IT support for approximately 200 end users., Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and user-related issues., Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment., Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and standard business applications., Collaborate with the centralized Service Desk and global IT teams to resolve incidents and technical challenges., Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of local IT infrastructure., Coordinate IT-related activities with headquarters and external service providers., Maintain technical documentation, incident records, and change procedures., Ensure reliable IT services supporting both office operations and production activities.

At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support or a similar technical role., Solid knowledge of Windows-based IT environments and end-user support., Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills., Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of local IT issues., Good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international IT teams., Proactive, service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.

Optional, Knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, switches, and Wi-Fi., Experience with Windows Server administration., Previous experience supporting IT operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
