For our client, production company located in Złotniki (Poznań district), we are looking for an IT Support (1st line of support). If you have experience with end user support and you want to work for an international and professional business, please send your application.

The job is about providing support to end users in a multinational company and about maintaining support-related technical documentation. You will report to the Service Desk Team Leader.

Place of work: Złotniki (Poznań district)

Tasks:

• Resolving service requests and incidents from ServiceDesk queue,
• Answering and registering service requests and incidents via phone calls,
• Remote end users support,
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation
• Creating\Managing user accounts in Active Directory\Office 365\Exchange
• Co-operation with other teams in Denmark, UK and Malaysia,
• Assisting with resolving network problems.

We expect that you:

• Have min. 1 year experience with end user support.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills,
• Are fluent in English both in written and speech.
• Shall expect approximately 20 travel days a year.
• Are familiar with managing accounts in Active Directory\Office 365,
• Have basic network knowledge - experience with network issues troubleshooting will be an advantage,
