About the role We are looking for IT System Analyst to shape modern, efficient, and digital input management solutions within our IT landscape. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and implemented effectively. You will play an essential role in translating business needs into high-quality IT solutions that support the strategic objectives of one of Europe’s leading insurance groups. How you will get the job done realizing visions by translating customer visions into tangible digital solutions that create real added value rethinking processes by analysing existing business processes and developing innovative approaches - more efficient, more intelligent, and more customer-centric optimizing quality and discovering optimization potential before others see it, you would not only ensure smooth systems, but also actively drive their continuous further development orchestrating our development process with modern methods and ensuring the flow from idea to implementation driving technologies forward creating future-oriented ideas that not only make our platforms more stable, but also more future-proof and competitive Skills and experience you will need fluency in written and spoken English university degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field at least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments in-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and experience working in agile product teams, as well as confidence using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for documentation and collaboration knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN) and process analysis.
