Your responsibilities

• Providing on-site IT support for end users, including the use of Microsoft 365 tools
• Provisioning end user devices using Microsoft Intune
• Managing and maintaining meeting room and video conferencing equipment
• Supporting local IT infrastructure, server rooms, cabling, and network devices
• Maintaining accurate inventories of IT assets, mobile devices, and accessories
• Supporting mobile device setup, synchronization, and repair coordination
• Acting as a local escalation point for IT Service Desk tickets
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers within defined scope
• Supporting printer operations and basic troubleshooting
• Assisting with local software installations and license tracking
• Managing IT supplies and accessories
