About the project, We are seeking a Java Developer to join a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a secure public-facing website based on a microservices architecture. The person in this role will contribute as both a back-end developer and a system designer, helping to improve architecture, deployment processes, and engineering practices. The position requires hybrid attendance in Wrocław office 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities, Design, implement, and maintain back-end services within a microservices architecture., Develop new features and enhance existing functionality for a secure public-facing website., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver reliable solutions., Improve system architecture, deployment pipelines, and software engineering practices., Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high quality and maintainability., Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, applying critical thinking to identify root causes., Document design decisions, system behaviour, and operational procedures.

6+ years of experience in information technology, including commercial Java development., Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand complex systems and make sound technical decisions., Fluent English, both written and spoken., Familiarity with microservices, deployment pipelines, and software engineering best practices., Ability to work hybrid from Wrocław office.

Optional, Preferred: experience with Python.
