THE ROLE
We’re looking for hands-on Java Backend Developers to build and support scalable, production-grade backend services within a modern engineering environment.

IntelliJ / VS Code
GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin and other AI developer tools
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years commercial software development experience
Strong Java & Spring Boot experience
Experience building REST APIs / microservices
Good understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
Experience with Kafka, Docker and/or Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD and Git
Strong debugging, problem-solving and coding skills
Financial services experience is a plus
