MSc or BSc level (or last semesters) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent level of knowledge
Entry level knowledge about embedded programming, ideally within the telecom sector
Proven software engineering skills with ability to write high-quality code (e.g. C or C++) and knowledge in DPDK
Knowledge of multithreading and parallel processing and understanding of L1 or L2 Protocols
Strong interest in working in an AI-first engineering environment, leveraging Agentic AI and coding assistants to improve productivity and software quality
Experience with, or eagerness to learn, Specification-Driven Development and AI-driven software engineering practices
Good speaking and writing skills in English
