Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Obsługa zgłoszeń klientów/użytkowników poprzez system ticketowy, e-mail
  • Procesowanie/obsługa reklamacji
  • Budowanie relacji z Klientami
  • Współpraca z firmą logistyczną oraz pozostałymi zespołami w firmie

Nasze wymagania

  • Wysoka kultura osobista
  • Sprawna obsługa komputera
  • Skupienie na pracy zadaniowej
  • Dobra organizacja czasu pracy
  • Znajomość języka polskiego
  • Umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się nowych systemów i narzędzi
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym 06:00-14:00/7:00-15:00/12:00-20:00
  • Gotowość do pracy w weekend: 1 lub 2 soboty w ciągu miesiąca

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość systemów ticketowych (np. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk)
