Your key responsibilities

As a Junior Executive Assistant with German you will play a crucial role in a business by being ‘’right-hand person’’ of key company executives with tasks as: 
• Calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls),
• Preparing presentations and reports,
• Travel and Expenses arrangement for your Directors / Partners
• Understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives,
• Close collaboration with colleagues in Germany and Poland
• Various administrative and ad-hoc task

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in German language (C1 level) and English language
• You enjoy performing various administrative tasks 
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• You are very proactive and open-minded
• You can work as individual contributor and within a team

To qualify for the role, you must have

 
• Customer orientation
• Attention to details
• You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

 
Ideally, you’ll also have  

• Professional experience in administrative support• Ability to self-educate and seek additional knowledge
• Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the firm
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
