Zakres obowiązków
Proaktywny kontakt z klientami posiadającymi płatności w danej organizacji
Ustalanie i nadzorowanie planów spłat oraz warunków płatności we współpracy z klientami
Prowadzenie dokładnej dokumentacji kontaktów, ustaleń i zobowiązań płatniczych
Wyjaśnianie rozbieżności w fakturowaniu i rozwiązywanie spraw spornych blokujących płatność
Współpraca z działami sprzedaży, obsługi klienta i innymi zespołami wewnętrznymi przy rozwiązywaniu zgłoszeń
Przygotowywanie regularnych raportów
Zapewnienie zgodności działań związanych z płatnościami z politykami firmy i obowiązującymi przepisami
Poszukiwane kompetencje
0–2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze obsługi klienta (najlepiej w branży finansowej)
Język angielski na poziomie B2 oraz duński na poziomie B2 — obsługa klientów globalnych
Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne — w mowie i piśmie, w kontakcie z zespołami wewnętrznymi i klientami
Analityczne podejście, dokładność i dbałość o szczegóły
Dobra znajomość MS Office
Mile widziane:
Doświadczenie w procesach typu AP/AR/O2C
Znajomość SAP
