Your responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance features across our web applications and services
Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications and services
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices
Create and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability
Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions to improve code quality and share knowledge
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
Support CI/CD pipelines and integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party services
Take ownership of the services and features you build following a "You Build It, You Run It" mindset
Continuously learn and contribute ideas for improving our products, processes, and technology stack
Your Profile:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
First professional experience in software development through internships, working student positions, university projects, personal projects, or a junior engineering role
Experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks

Knowledge of relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, debugging, and clean code principles
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure is a plus
Basic knowledge of containerization and DevOps practices (e.g., Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
Eagerness to learn across the full stack, including backend, frontend, databases, testing, monitoring, and operations
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Fluent English skills; German is a plus
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Microsoft Azure services and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with Docker and containerized applications
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable CI/CD tools
Knowledge of Entity Framework Core
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code solutions such as Terraform
Exposure to messaging, monitoring, and observability tools

Interest in cloud-native architectures and modern software engineering practices
