JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Junior Operations Manager B2B , you will own the end-to-end B2B order fulfilment process, ensuring flawless delivery quality and on-time distribution for our B2B partners. Working cross-functionally alongside a dedicated team of three colleagues, you will bridge operations, Customer Care, Tech/IT, and Planning to monitor operational performance, identify root causes, and scale continuous improvements across our Robakowo fulfillment center. This position is permanent  and based in Robakowo .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate end-to-end B2B order fulfilment, collaborating with Inbound and Outbound teams from product availability verification to accurate dispatch
• Monitor product availability, order backlog, and ageing to proactively mitigate operational bottlenecks
• Perform quality checks to guarantee order accuracy, completeness, and customer compliance
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimise errors and cancellations
• Track operational KPIs, including delivery quality, warehouse productivity, and B2B customer satisfaction
• Leverage automation and smart processes to enhance warehouse efficiency and fulfillment reliability

YOU COME WITH

• First working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and end-to-end order fulfilment processes
• High proficiency and fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to track operational KPIs, detect trends, and solve complex issues
• Quality-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and delivery accuracy
• Hands-on problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Previous experience in quality control, process optimisation, or warehouse management is a plus
