Your responsibilities

Account Research: Identify relevant companies and map key decision-makers.
Outreach: Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Lead Qualification: Assess potential customers and identify relevant business opportunities.
Pipeline Building: Qualify leads and schedule business meetings for Account Executives.
Sales Development: Continuously develop your B2B sales skills through coaching, training and practical experience.

Fluent Polish: You are comfortable conducting business conversations in Polish.
Strong English: You can confidently communicate with international colleagues and clients in English.
Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, outbound sales, business development, lead generation or an SDR/BDR role.
Resilience & Drive: You are self-motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable with the challenges of outbound sales.
Curiosity: You enjoy learning about different businesses, understanding customer needs and identifying potential solutions.
Communication Skills: You are confident initiating conversations with new people and building professional relationships.
