Rozwój powierzonego portfela klientów
Identyfikowanie potencjału sprzedażowego w ramach istniejącego portfela

Budowanie relacji oraz spotkania z klientami B2B na terenie woj. dolnośląskiego
Doradztwo w zakresie rozwiązań wspierających klientów w realizacji celów biznesowych m.in.:
programów opieki medycznej,
karnetów sportowych,
platformy kafeteryjnej
Finalizacje rozmów handlowych
Oczekiwania względem kandydatów:
Doświadczenie w sprzedaży i kontakcie z klientem B2B z zatrudnieniem powyżej 100 pracowników
Nastawienie na realizację celów i osiąganie rezultatów
Umiejętność budowania długofalowych i wielopoziomowych relacji
Umiejętność opracowywania strategii sprzedażowych w istniejącym portfelu klientów
Duża samodzielność i skrupulatność w wykonywaniu powierzonych obowiązków
Proaktywność w działaniu i budowaniu znajomości marki
Umiejętności negocjacyjne i prezentacyjne
Dobra organizacja czasu pracy
Mile widziane:
Doświadczenie w branżach medycznej/ubezpieczeniowej oraz związanych z benefitami pozapłacowymi
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji z klientem
