L3 Support Engineer (Azure, M365, AVD & Automation) w Polska

• Strong experience in L3 support, cloud operations, or infrastructure support.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 10/11, and FSLogix.
• Good understanding of networking , including DNS, NSGs, routing, Private Endpoints, VPN, and ExpressRoute.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Microsoft Defender, diagnostic logs, and KQL.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, version control, and CI/CD .
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira and structured incident and change management processes.
• English on an advanced level (min. B2)
• Nice to have: Terraform; Azure Automation/Functions

About the Project

We are looking for two L3 Support Engineers to join the team from logistics industry and support a Microsoft cloud environment covering Azure, Microsoft 365, Identity, Networking, and Azure Virtual Desktop. The role combines around 75% supporting tickets and 25% helping with automations.
