About the project, We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join Spiel and work closely with one of our international clients on the development of an ambitious digital product combining automotive, gaming and interactive experiences., , The project is being developed around a digital automotive ecosystem connecting technology, virtual experiences and the world of exceptional and classic cars., , You will join an existing development team, bringing strong senior-level software development expertise across front-end and back-end, together with the ability to provide technical leadership, help define technology choices and development direction, and guide the team in making key technical decisions. You will support other developers while collaborating closely with product, technical and management teams to ensure that technology decisions are aligned with the broader product and business goals., , We are looking for someone who is comfortable not only with complex technical challenges, but also with understanding the broader product and business context behind them., , We are particularly interested in developers who actively embrace AI-assisted software development and see AI as an integral part of modern engineering workflows. You should be open to experimenting with new AI tools and approaches, and able to use them thoughtfully to improve development speed, code quality, problem-solving and engineering efficiency.

Your responsibilities, Developing and improving complex, scalable and high-performance web applications across front-end and back-end, Contributing to application and system architecture and key technical decisions, Actively using and exploring AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows, accelerate development and support better technical decision-making, Working closely with developers across different areas of the technology stack as part of an existing development team, Supporting and mentoring other developers by sharing knowledge and best practices, Translating business and product requirements into effective technical solutions, Ensuring high standards of code quality, performance and maintainability, Participating in code reviews and supporting technical problem-solving, Contributing to development standards and efficient engineering workflows, Communicating technical opportunities, limitations and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

7+ years of commercial experience in Software Development, including strong Full Stack experience, Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso, including the React ecosystem., Strong understanding of front-end and back-end architecture and experience building complex, scalable applications, Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development, including tools such as Claude/Claude Code or comparable AI coding environments, used as an integral part of day-to-day engineering work, An AI-first and open-minded approach to software development, with a strong interest in continuously exploring new AI tools, workflows and capabilities and applying them pragmatically to improve engineering effectiveness, Experience designing and integrating APIs, backend services and data-driven applications, Understanding of cloud-based environments and modern cloud architecture, Experience with performance optimization and applications involving dynamic or real-time content, Good understanding of software development practices, testing, CI/CD and version control, Previous experience in a senior role, including mentoring, supporting or coordinating the work of other developers, Ability to make technical decisions and take responsibility for assigned areas, Strong product mindset and ability to understand the business context behind technical requirements, Ability to communicate effectively with management, product and technical teams, Fluent and comfortable communication in English (B2/C1), Proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach, Experience with Jira or similar task management tools and structured development workflows

Optional, Experience with gaming or interactive digital products, with familiarity with Unreal, Engine and web technologies used to connect browser-based applications with game experiences., Familiarity with 3D art and game development concepts, including coordinate spaces, materials, events and frames, enabling effective collaboration with 3D artists and game developers., Experience working with WebGL, https://jobeax.com/link/Pi6fhUbEHsz2QAyA or similar technologies, Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, Experience working on international products and with distributed teams, Interest in automotive, motorsport or classic cars, Experience building consumer-facing digital products with a strong focus on user experience, Experience with JSON-RPC or similar remote procedure call protocols would be an advantage, Familiarity with NVIDIA GeForce NOW (GFN), cloud gaming platforms or browser-based game streaming solutions would be an advantage
