Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, TypeScript, and modern web technologies. Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and Material UI. Implement and maintain frontend components using JSX/TSX, Function Components, Hooks, and Custom Hooks. Develop and integrate backend services following object-oriented design principles. Collaborate with team members to design technical solutions and deliver new product features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring high quality and reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full technology stack. Take ownership of the product and the solutions you build, from implementation to production support. Proactively contribute ideas and technical improvements to create innovative solutions. Work in an agile environment using Agile practices. Meet with your team in our Katowice office at least once a month to plan work, collaborate, and discuss progress. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience working as a Frontend Developer or Fullstack Developer. Experience with object-oriented software development in Java. Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Basic understanding of the React framework, Material UI and concepts such as JSX/TSX, Function Components, Hooks, Custom Hooks, and State Management. Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application design. Ability to identify risks, proactively address challenges, and support the team in achieving project goals. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to mentor, coach, and support developers at different experience levels. Good communication skills in English and Polish and the ability to work effectively within a team. Communication skills in German is a plus. Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
