Your Profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Workplace Engineering, Workplace Services, Endpoint Management, or IT Service Delivery.
• Previous experience leading technical teams or coordinating IT services in an international environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft workplace technologies, particularly:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
  • Windows client environments
  • Windows Autopilot
  • Endpoint security
• Experience with workplace architecture, migrations, automation, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL-based processes, service levels, and continuous service improvement.
• A pragmatic, service-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a clear focus on user experience.
• The ability to combine technical problem-solving with team leadership and operational responsibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Fluent Polish and very good English skills are required. German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally and maintain close collaboration with local IT teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Global Workplace & Service Experience to join a global IT Infrastructure & Operations organization.

This is a newly created leadership position offering the opportunity to shape and further develop global workplace services, improve the end-user experience, and drive standardization across international locations.

You will lead an international team, combining technical expertise with team leadership and continuous service improvement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineers, solving complex technical challenges, and translating ideas into practical solutions.
