Ability to translate business goals into a clear scope of work, priorities, and actionable roadmaps.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment (Product, UX, Business).
Proven track record in mobile app development
Documented experience in AI-driven projects and OKR frameworks
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer-facing platforms
Advanced communication skillis both in Polish and English (at least B2 level).
Open to hybrid work from the client's Warsaw office.

Main responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional development team, drive architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and maintain engineering excellence across mobile, e-commerce, or consumer-facing platforms.
Partner with Product, UX, and Business stakeholders during product discovery to translate strategic business goals and OKRs into actionable technical roadmaps and AI-driven solutions.
Take full accountability for end-to-end project delivery, quality, and system reliability while effectively managing team members and working in a hybrid setup from the client's Warsaw office.
