Lead, PLM Business - Digital Engineering M/F w Szczecin, Polska

Your responsibilities

• Shape PDM capabilities across product structures, part management, BOMs, engineering documentation and configuration
• Support MCAD–PLM integration as part of the broader PDM landscape, clarifying Engineering use cases, data flows and process requirements
• Drive alignment with Engineering users, Process Owners, Domain Owners, IT and digital delivery teams to understand current challenges and improvement opportunities
• Translate business challenges, opportunities, PLM processes and business rules into clear requirements, user stories, workflows and validation criteria
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with approved Engineering processes, PDM standards, MCAD ways of working and the Digital Thread roadmap
• Plan and support testing, including process validation, user acceptance testing, issue follow-up and feedback coordination
