About the project, We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer (Python) to take ownership of the technical development of new solutions and help build an engineering team.

Your responsibilities, Designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable systems., Developing software using Python., Integrating new features into an existing codebase., Solving complex technical challenges and making architectural decisions., Ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of developed solutions., Collaborating with QA and contributing to the growth of the engineering team., Supporting junior and mid-level engineers as the team grows., Effectively leveraging AI tools in the software development process while maintaining strong quality control.

Several years of commercial software development experience with Python., Experience building complex, reliable, and mission-critical systems., A proven track record of contributing to challenging technology projects., Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent technical decisions., A high level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability., Experience working with existing codebases and extending established solutions., Willingness to learn new technologies and deepen domain knowledge.

Optional, Experience with Go., Knowledge of networking, network infrastructure, or distributed systems., Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, aviation, or other technically demanding domains., Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership., Practical experience using AI in software development.
