Learning Programme Coordination
Coordinate the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programmes and events
Manage training logistics, calendars, invitations, communications, attendance tracking, and learning materials
Monitor project plans and ensure key deadlines and actions are completed on time
Provide operational support before and during training sessions and development programmes
Maintain accurate programme documentation, records, and trackers
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Prepare clear and professional communications for participants, facilitators, and business stakeholders
Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and employees across multiple European locations
Support employee engagement initiatives, forums, and development activities
Manage enquiries through a shared Learning & Development mailbox
Learning Platforms & Content Management
Maintain learning resources, intranet pages, and SharePoint sites
Ensure learning content remains accurate, accessible, and up to date
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Support programme evaluation processes, surveys, and feedback collection
Prepare reports and maintain learning-related data and metrics
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance participant experience
Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and quality of output

Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR or Employee Experience
