Hardware lifecycle management: deployment, replacement, and decommissioning; hardware maintenance.
Setting up and maintaining server hardware (racking, cabling, drives, basic data center tasks).
Configuration, managing and solving NFS exports, automount and ZFS problems.
Creating documentation of current issues/configuration (ex. Xwiki, bookstack).
Our requirements
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Advanced in Linux (RedHat/CentOS 7, 8, 9).
Practical knowledge of containerization (Docker).
Knowledge of scripting languages (linux shell/perl/python).
Skills in network administration (Fortigate, Netgear).
Knowledge of Zabbix administration.
Centralized logging and monitoring stacks knowledge.
Experience in Ansible or other automation tool.
ZFS file system experience.
Experience with FreeIPA.
Experience with GitLab.
Experience in virtualization (VirtualBox, Proxmox or other).
Independent English speaker (level at least B2).
Must be self-motivated and communicative, team-player.
Positive attitude to learning and self-development.
Ability to work under time pressure.
Broad knowledge of network and computer hardware.
Basic knowledge of electronics.
Prior experience is welcome.
