Managing operational topics related to oversize transport route preparation for projects in the region (road authority , municipal authority , direct coordination with, transport technician construction company and other subcontractors )
Planning and management of the transport process;
Management of a team of dispatchers and forwarders;
Optimising the transport process with a view to making it as productive and cost-effective as possible;
Initiative in finding ways to increase revenue and/or reduce costs and eliminate waste;
Analysis of route profitability;
Meeting budget targets, objectives and guidelines;
Participating in the development of procedures;
Implementation and supervision of ongoing projects;
Reporting the results of the transport department;
Verifying the correctness of KPIs;
Implementing new, unconventional and innovative ideas, taking care of their implementation.
YOUR PROFILE:
5 years of professional experience in comparable position
Knowledge in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain
Good Project Management knowledge
Good MS-Office knowledge
Fluent in English
Willing to travel
Very good communication skills
Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working
Ability to deal with high complexity and pressure
