Co-operation with logistics service providers, warehouses, customers
Arrangement of trucking, negotiations prices and delivery conditions with freight, couriers, operators
Warehouse operations (inbound order processing, inventory management, shipping notification)
Gathering delivery confirmations and other documents required by Finance Department
Coordination of serial number for inbound and outbound inventory
Entering customer orders into the system (SAP)
Review and approve invoices from subcontractor
Responsibility for timely and accurate processing of delivery
Preparing the shipment documentation
Nasze wymagania
Logistics experience in sea, air, rail, road in international shipments
Production environment experience
Excellent MS Office skills, including advanced Excel, Word
Experience in preparation of shipping documentation
Basic knowledge of customs procedures
Experience in multinational work environment
Good planning and organization skills
English intermediate
Knowledge of SAP ERP system
Customer Service
3 years of experience in similar role
Warehouse management experience - 2 years minimum
Basic knowledge about ISO standards
