We are currently recruiting for a small company producing metal transport hooks.

It is not possible to conduct the recruitment process online. Every meeting takes place at the company.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Operating bending machines.
Product quality control.
Fulfillment of production orders.
Maintaining machines in good technical condition.
Work in accordance with qualitative and quantitative requirements.
Operation of measuring tools.
Teamwork.
Maintaining order at the workplace.

Criteria and requirements:

English speaking
Experience operating production machinery.
Ability to work in a two-shift system.
Ability to work in a team.
Conscientiousness and commitment.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Vocational or technical education.
Accuracy in completing orders.

Salary: 38 PLN gross / hour

Overtime hours paid at 50% and 100% according to the Labor Code
Bonuses based on work results
Payment is always on time, once a month to the employee's bank account, on the 10th of each month (if the 10th is a weekend, payment is made on Friday or Monday).
Insurance: according to the contract and Polish law.
Accommodation: provided - free of charge, at the client's hotel on the premises of the work facility
Transport: not needed
Vacation: Paid according to Polish law,
Work place: Roofed production hall
Work clothes: Provided
Work Permit: provided by employer (waiting time 6-8 weeks)

Work system:

shifts: Monday - Friday
2 shifts only (morning & afternoon)
8 hours each day
exceptionally, in case of increased production needs, also night shift + possible overtime during the day or on Saturdays
Number of working hours: 168-172 hours month + possible overtimes (after implementation time)
