Who we are looking for

We are looking for ambitious professionals who combine strategic thinking with a strong understanding of technology, infrastructure or digital business models.

Expected qualifications and experience:

• 6+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Data centers and digital infrastructure
• Cloud and hyperscaler ecosystems
• AI monetization and commercialization
• Infrastructure or technology investments
• Ability to translate complex market and technology trends into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Polish

Ideal candidates may come from digital infrastructure operators, cloud and technology providers, infrastructure investors and leading strategy consulting firms or transaction advisory teams.

Your future role

We are expanding our Data Center and AI Monetization capabilities and are looking for a Manager to help shape this fast-growing practice.

You will work on some of the most exciting topics in today's market, including:

• Data center growth strategies and investment opportunities
• Commercial and operational due diligence for digital infrastructure assets
• AI monetization strategies and AI-enabled business models
• Business case development and value creation plans
• Market assessments, competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies

As a Manager, you will lead client engagements, manage project teams, develop executive-level recommendations and work directly with senior stakeholders across technology, infrastructure, energy and investment sectors. You will also play a key role in building Deloitte's market position in Data Centers and AI Monetization.

About the team

Value Creation and Strategy (VCS) is Deloitte's strategic advisory team operating at the intersection of strategy, transactions, technology and transformation. We help corporate clients, private equity investors and infrastructure operators identify growth opportunities, unlock value and deliver measurable business outcomes. 

The team supports clients across the entire business lifecycle, from strategy development and commercial due diligence to value creation planning, operational transformation and post-merger integration. Drawing on expertise across the Deloitte network, VCS combines strategic thinking with rigorous financial analysis and practical implementation experience.

As a Value Creation and Strategy, we provide Commercial Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, PMI as well as Business Strategy, Market Entry, Go-to-Market and M&A Strategy.
