Prowadzenie projektów marketingowych end-to-end: kampanie (ATL/digital/produktowe) oraz eventy (wewnętrzne / klienckie / targi) — od briefu, przez harmonogram i budżet, po rozliczenie i podsumowanie efektów.
Zarządzanie budżetem projektowym: kontrola kosztów, zamówień i faktur.
Koordynacja pracy dostawców i agencji (kreatywnych, eventowych, produkcyjnych) — briefowanie, negocjacje, odbiór prac.
Współpraca z zespołami wewnętrznymi: (sprzedaż, produkt, komunikacja, IT)— zbieranie wymagań i uzgadnianie priorytetów.
Organizacja wydarzeń: logistyka, obsługa podwykonawców, koordynacja on-site, kontakt z uczestnikami i partnerami.
Raportowanie statusu i wyników projektów (leady, zasięgi, koszt pozyskania, frekwencj]) oraz rekomendacje optymalizacyjne.
Utrzymanie i rozwój standardów pracy projektowej w zespole (harmonogramy, dokumentacja).
Marketing Project Manager w naszej drużynie posiada:
Umiejętność prowadzenia kilku projektów równolegle i pracy pod presją sztywnych terminów.
Praktyczną znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania projektami
Bardzo dobrą komunikację i umiejętność koordynowania pracy interesariuszy bez podległości służbowej.
Język angielski na poziomie B2/C1
Gotowość do podróży służbowych i pracy w terminach wydarzeń
