Our requirements
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation portfolios or programs in global organizations.
Strong portfolio and program management expertise, including governance, prioritization, dependency management, and executive reporting.
Experience with global business transformations, large-scale rollouts, and complex organizational change initiatives.
Experience delivering transformation within MDM or enterprise data domains, ideally including business partner, location, reference, address or controlling data.
Experience within Master Data Management, Data Governance, SAP MDG and/or SAP ERP environments.
Consultancy experience within leading transformation programs is highly valued.
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building strong relationships across business and technology functions.
Demonstrated success operating in highly matrixed, international environments.
PMP, MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.
