Your responsibilities
Supporting prototype building and troubleshooting
Conducting technical analysis of mechanical components and processes
Reviewing and validating designs to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
Preparing technical documentation, reports, and specifications
Providing engineering insights and recommendations to project teams
Identifying potential failures or inefficiencies and proposing improvements
Our requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including design and development
Practical experience with production processes
Proficiency in 3D modelling using SolidWorks
Knowledge of D-FMEA analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
Flexibility to travel when needed
Fluent in English and Polish
Optional
Knowledge of vibration testing according to standards EN 60068-2-6, EN 60068-2-27 and EN 60068-2-64
Experience with SolidWorks PDM
Familiarity with UL 508A standard
