Prowadzisz discovery z użytkownikami biznesowymi – rozmawiasz z użytkownikami pracującymi w działach, sprzedaży, rekrutacji, finansów, żeby zrozumieć ich procesy i problemy,
Przekładasz problemy biznesowe na wymagania, MVP i solution design,
Projektujesz aplikacje, API, integracje i przepływy danych pomiędzy systemami,
Budujesz prototypy, MVP i wewnętrzne aplikacje webowe,
Tworzysz backendy, API i integracje z systemami SaaS (m.in. SharePoint, Teams,),
Projektujesz workflow i automatyzacje w Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams) oraz w custom code,
Budujesz rozwiązania wykorzystujące LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG i document processing,
Testujesz, wdrażasz i monitorujesz rozwiązania w środowisku produkcyjnym,
Dokumentujesz decyzje techniczne, architekturę i sposób działania rozwiązań,
Rekomendujesz podejście build vs buy vs automate – świadomie wspólnie decydujemy, kiedy budować, kiedy kupić gotowy produkt, a kiedy „po prostu zautomatyzować”.
Nasze wymagania
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia jako developer,
Doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań wykorzystujących AI, w szczególności LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents,
Doświadczenie w przechodzeniu od problemu biznesowego do działającego MVP – od discovery z użytkownikami, przez solution design, aż do wdrożenia i dalszego rozwoju rozwiązania,
Doświadczenie z Python, Kubernetes, Docker, API,
Umiejętność projektowania i wdrażania automatyzacji (np. w kodzie oraz narzędziach Microsoft 365),
Doświadczenie w testowaniu, wdrażaniu, monitorowaniu i dokumentowaniu rozwiązań,
Wysoka komunikatywność, umiejętność prowadzenia rozmów z użytkownikami biznesowymi i zbierania wymagań,
Wysoka samodzielność, odpowiedzialność za end-to-end działanie rozwiązania.
